We are international

Petra ICS currently operates in 6 countries within the MENA region, and we have plans to expand to more countries in the future, providing additional opportunities for student enrollment.

Who can apply

Applicants who are dedicated to completing the entire 2-year course and meeting the necessary enrollment criteria are welcome to apply for the Counselling School.

Requirements for Candidates

  • Official bachelor's degree diploma
  • Letters of Reference
    1. From a Priest/Pastor/Bishop (mandatory)
    2. Current supervisor/professor/church leader (optional)
    Note: For pastors and priests, they need to present a letter of reference from a superior
  • Statement of purpose/motivational letter that includes:
    1. academic interest and professional goals,
    2. volunteer and professional experiences,
    3. life experiences that have influenced yourdesire to become a counsellor.
    4. How do you see your future with this education.
  • Your current professional CV/resume
  • Not younger than 25 years
  • Attendance at the Counselling School orientation.

To earn the school certificate students are expected to

  • Attend at least 85% of the program.
  • Assignments for each module must be completed at least 2 weeks before the next module starts; students failing to meet this requirement do not qualify to attend the following module.
  • Completion of at least 30 weekly/biweekly counseling sessions to be started in the first module and completed by the end of the last module.
  • After the second module, the student is required to have counseling sessions with clients.

School fees

The Counselling school tuition is structured in the following way

  • At the beginning of each module, students will pay a tuition fee.
  • Study materials, including books, notebooks, and technological equipment, are the responsibility of the students.
    In cases where students are unable to cover the cost of study materials, they have the option to apply for financial support from the school dean.
  • The school is providing scholorships for students.
