Biography
Snežana Anđelić is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in trauma and psychology. She completed Training for Trainers in psychological trauma with TENTS In Austria and holds degrees in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Children's Psychoanalytic Therapy from Belgrade, Serbia. Snežana’s educational journey also includes a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Belgrade and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Training) in Italy, specializing in trauma psychotherapy. Snežana has enriched her expertise with various courses at Eastern Mennonite University in the USA, focusing on peacebuilding, trauma, and psychological awareness. In May 2005, she completed the STAR Seminar on Trauma Awareness and Recovery. Throughout her career, Snežana has excelled in training, psychotherapy, and trauma-related work, providing valuable support to individuals and communities in need. She has been actively involved in educational programs and working with traumatized children. Snežana plays a vital role in helping churches and organizations become trauma-aware, supporting traumatized communities, and providing trauma-related training and advisory services.

Biography
Jelena was born and raised in Serbia, where she became a Christian 30 years ago and a few years later got involved in ministry with her husband Greg, planting churches, distributing humanitarian aid, and partnering with Joni and Friends, serving people with disabilities. Jelena has also worked as a counselor in Serbia’s schools, social centers, medical clinics. Her Ph.D. research was on the topic of Mental Illness and Suffering. She is the founder and director of the non-profit organization Hana's Hope. She has been blessed with three children: Benjamin, Sara, and Hana, who has autism.

Biography
Fuad, therapist and psychotherapist, was born in Jordan where he has started his career. After a Master's graduation in Psychological Counseling, followed by a specialization in Psychological Counseling at Jordan University, he practiced for 10 years in Jordan with psychiatric clinics in Amman and diverse Mental Health Institutions in Jordan, and private clinics where his main activities were to conduct psychotherapies for university students and adolescents, and their families, supervision.
Since 2014, he provides trainings and conferences in different health and specialized organizations in Jordan, Iraq, and Syria. The aim of these missions is to share his clinical experience in countries in need of family counseling, university students, and adolescents as school counselors. In parallel with his doctoral research on a therapeutic program that assists in treating psychological isolation among university students, fostering emotional intelligence development, he also operates within a master's program addressing various topics for university students and their families. Additionally, he is actively involved in several church initiatives in Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Syria. In addition to numerous interviews on various psychological health topics broadcasted on various Jordanian television channels.
